Why did the name change?

The new name says exactly what we do: air (heating & cooling) and electric (licensed electrical work) — under one roof, with one crew. "Air Design Electric" makes it clear to new neighbors that we handle both trades in a single visit, which has always been the thing that sets us apart.

Is it the same company and the same owner?

Yes. Same owner, Wade — a third-generation HVAC contractor who's still out in the field every day. Same crew, same trucks, same standards. Nothing about who shows up at your door has changed.

Is your phone number the same?

Yes — you can still reach us at (928) 499-0698, and we now answer 24/7 for heating, cooling, and electrical emergencies.

Are you still licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We're licensed and insured under the same Arizona ROC licenses (ROC #340271 and ROC #340366), and we're still a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor and a Ruud Pro Partner.

What about my past service history, warranties, and account?

Everything carries over. If we installed or serviced your system as Wurke Bettler, your history and any manufacturer warranties are unchanged. Existing customers don't need to do a thing.

Will I lose track of your reviews?

Nope — our Google reviews are the exact same profile, simply updated to the new name. The 5-star history our neighbors left over the years stays right where it is.

Do you still serve the same area?

Yes — Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey, and Chino Valley, plus the surrounding communities.

Is anything actually different?
